Disable thin_archive option on gRPC build variant

      Right now, the protobuf compiler does not work with bazel's thin_archive enabled. This causes compilation on the gRPC build to fail on evergreen-- we can fix this by disabling thin_archive on the gRPC build variants, and long term the Build team will investigate a more thorough fix for the protoc build process.
