SERVER-95789 will give ownership of all the files in the jstests/aggregation/ directory to 10gen/query. The task for this ticket is to see if the ownership of these tests can be narrowed. For instance, perhaps we could reorganize the tests into a new set of subdirectories so that the tests are better organized by the component they are testing. This is already the case for subdirectories like "jstests/aggregation/sources/" and "jstests/aggregation/accumulators", but other subdirectories like "jstests/aggregation/extras/" and "jstests/aggregation/bugs/" may be problematic. After this reorganization, we can try to give ownership of each subdirectory to a smaller team – either QI, QO, QE, or an even smaller "component team".

This is follow up work to SERVER-92931. In particular, this ticket tracks the work to assign all of the tests under jstests/aggregation the query team OR the appropriate query subteam
