SSLManagerWindows won't allow multiple CRLs from different issuers

      With a CRL file containing two CRLs (one issued by a root CA, and another issued by an intermediate CA), it is not possible to create a new SSLManagerWindows instance without getting an error: "InvalidSSLConfiguration: CertAddCRLContextToStore Failed The object or property already exists.". Investigate why this is not working as expected.
