      We should improve the user facing error messages in planner.cpp that are structured like "IDLFailedToParse: BSON field '$source.topic' is missing but a required field"

       

       

      This ticket involves making changes to the planner to ensure that all exceptions caught should have a StreamProcessorInvalidOptions error code.
