The Readme in https://github.com/10gen/mongo/tree/master/buildscripts/antithesis points to a collection of topologies within Topologies defined in https://github.com/10gen/mongo/tree/master/buildscripts/antithesis/topologies.

These may be generated on the fly now and these are obsolete.
If so, let's delete and update the readme's.
If not, let's update the docs to be more clear, and consider if the implementation to do so is a possible quick win.
