Temporarily disable resharding_nonblocking_coordinator_rebuild.js in embedded router variants

      After committing SERVER-95527 , jstests/sharding/resharding_nonblocking_coordinator_rebuild.js test started failing consistently on suite with embedded router ( BF-35336).
      Considering that embedded routers are still not available for production we decided to temporarely skip this test on variants with embedded router.
