[v7.0] Remove incompatible evergreen compile task with WiredTiger develop.

      The WiredTiger develop branch is incompatible with MongoDB 7.0. This is due to a difference in eviction category definitions: WiredTiger develop uses 'WT_VERB_EVICTION,' while MongoDB 7.0 uses 'WT_VERB_EVICT'. I discussed this with the RSS team in Sydney and we think that this evergreen tasks can be removed from older MongoDB versions.
