SERVER-86868 introduced the jstests/core_sharding folder as a container for future integration tests over sharded clusters, linking the execution of its content to more than 20 suites.
As teams started to introduce these integration tests (see SERVER-95590), it was agreed to temporarily reduce their execution to a much more limited subset.

The objective of this ticket is to reconsider whether and how the excluded suites should target the content of jstests/core_sharding (once this becomes more stable).
