BFGs that are linked to BF-34686 show that during some spikes when "db-contrib-tool setup-multiversion" takes more time on getting responses from Evergreen API while searching for the old binaries the task feature_flag_multiversion may reach timeout before even starting to run resmoke tests, which is ultimately could be resolved by SERVER-94653. As a quick fix to avoid such occasions we can double the hardcoded 15 mins timeout for the task to 30 mins.
