The jstests/libs/override_methods/detect_spawning_own_mongod.js overload prevents passthrough tests from spawning their own fixtures and encourages the use of the provided ones. Currently it is only added to buildscripts/resmokeconfig/suites/core.yml. While this should cover most cases, we should add it to the rest of the suites running jstests/core/** as well.
