Fast count is not reliable after an unclean shutdown. This is known and accepted behavior. Antithesis can drive unclean shutdowns of a mongod and cause the ValidateCollections hook to fail when configured with 'enforceFastCount: true'.
We can configure 'TestData,skipEnforceFastCountOnValidate = true' to make the ValidateCollections hook compatible with antithesis.
