Currently histograms can be generated by the analyze command, but CBR is unaware of them. The task of this ticket is to expose histograms generated by analyze to CBR via the StatsCatalog. This should result in a jstest which invokes analyze on a field, enables CBR in histogram mode and then runs a query to verify that the histogram was used.
