Remove untrack_unsplittable_collection.js

      SERVER-95257 introduced a new test track_unsplittable_collection_basic.js which covers all the track_unsplittable_collection.js cases using the cluster command. The track_unsplittable_collection.js (which only tested directly the shardsvr command) can now be removed. 
      The test is still the only way to keep testing the untrack command in multiversion, so it should only be removed once SERVER-95257  backported.
