Upgrade to 7.0 should remove storage.journal.enabled

      When upgrading from MongoDB v6.x to MongoDB v7.x, the new version complains about the presence of the option storage.journal.enabled and refuses to start. If the RPM upgrade could remove the unsupported parameter, it would make the upgrade easier for customers.
