Define smoke JS smoke tests covering the Versioning Protocol & Management of Catalog Cache assets

      The objective of this ticket is to migrate existing JS tests covering key commands for the Management of Catalog Cache & Versioning Protocol from the jstests/sharding folder to the core, core_sharding and noPassthrough subsystems (as a precondition for establishing a set of smoke tests for the asset).

      The commands to be taken under consideration are:

      • _flushDatabaseCacheUpdates(WithWriteConcern)
      • _flushRoutingTableCacheUpdates(WithWriteConcern)
      • flushRouterConfig
      • getShardVersion
      • getDatabaseVersion
