Running any command via mongos in a sharded cluster clears GLE

      ... even invalid commands which just throw an error. This means that:

      1) Insert a bunch of stuff
      2) Run command
      3) Run GLE

      doesn't wait for the inserts to complete. Unsure if regression.

      Test below reproduces, though a bit messy.
