To incorporate the changes from SERVER-95393 into the CD/CI pipeline, we must enable the feature flag `featureFlagCatalogCacheSplit` in at least one build variant.
The objective of this ticket is to activate this feature flag in the embedded router build variant, as both features will be deployed to production simultaneously.
