Currently, the embedded router build variant only executes the sharding suite.

This ticket is for tracking the effort to include additional test suites, as well as eliminating any duplicate suites running in other variants that cover the same infrastructure deployment and conduct the same tests.

By doing this, we will ensure coverage for both the embedded router functionality and the dual catalog cache split SERVER-84243.
