Add rawData field to the aggregate command

      1. Add the new rawData field to the aggregate command definition.
      2. Allow the db.coll.aggregate helper in the test runner to take rawData in the command options, if it does not already.
      3. Implement the logic in the aggregate command to rewrite the request onto the buckets namespace.
      4. Update the test added in SERVER-97450 to use rawData for the aggregate operation.
