Add rawData field to the find command

      1. Add the new rawData field to the find command definition.
      2. Allow the db.coll.find and db.coll.findOne helpers in the test runner to take rawData in the command options, if they do not already.
      3. Implement the logic in the find command to rewrite the request onto the buckets namespace.
      4. Update the test added in SERVER-97450 to use rawData for the find operations.
