Implement rawData for the update command

      1. Allow the db.coll.update, db.coll.updateOne, db.coll.updateMany, and db.coll.replaceOne helpers in the test runner to take rawData in the command options, if they do not already.
      2. Implement the logic in the update command to rewrite the request onto the buckets namespace.
      3. Update the test added in SERVER-97450 to use rawData for the update operations.
