Implement rawData for the delete command

      1. Allow the db.coll.remove, db.coll.deleteOne, and db.coll.deleteMany helpers in the test runner to take rawData in the command options, if they do not already.
      2. Implement the logic in the delete command to rewrite the request onto the buckets namespace.
      3. Update the test added in SERVER-97450 to use rawData for the delete operations.
