Temporarily disable warnings on unknown options

      While we prepare the server to be compliant with the v5 toolchain compilers, we will need to add suppressions for warnings that are unrecognized by the old v4 compilers. Set -Wno-unknown-warning-option on all compile commands during the transitionary period.
