Ensure the existence of one or more test suites executing the content of 'core_sharding' and provisioning a 2-shard cluster

      As we start introducing new JS core test cases requiring the presence of at least two shards, we'll need to ensure the presence of suites that configure such a topology and provide sufficient coverage in terms of background hooks.

      The scope of this ticket includes:

      • the reconfiguration of the existing sharding_jscore_passthrough suite to increase its num_shards field;
      • the addition of a sharding_jscore_passthrough based suite that injects random node kill/terminate/step down. addressed through SERVER-84340.
