The periodic autoMerge task in sharded clusters can add extra entries to config.changelog when the balancer is enabled. If there is a changelog entry in between when we open up backup cursors and when we store the pre-restore hashes, the entry will be included in the hashes but truncated from the resotre data files. This causes consistency checker issues when comparing the source and restore cluster dbhashes.
