SERVER-95590 converted jstests/sharding/rename_unsplittable_collection.js into the core JS test jstests/core_sharding/ddl/rename_collection_unsplittable.js, exposing the existing test cases to a wider range of suites: after hitting sporadic failures in mixed-binary scenarios, the multiversion_incompatible exclusion tag has been temporarily added to it.

The purpose of this ticket is to investigate the root cause of such failures - and if possible, remove the exclusion tag once it gets solved.
