The test mongobridge.js regularly takes over 25 minutes to run on Windows and Amazon Linux 2, although from reading the test one would expect it to take not more than three minutes. Indeed it takes just 2 minutes on Linux Debug. See comments for examples.

We should 1) evaluate if we really need this test 2) try to break it up and 3) try to kick it out of patch builds. Mongobridge changes are rarely made so it doesn't make sense to run this test which takes 25 mins per run (therefore 52 minutes across the required build variants - 25 + 25 + 2) on every engineer's patch build.
