timeseries_group_aggregations.js was recently moved from nopassthrough into /core/ and excluded from the replica set uninitialized FCV passthrough due to being a slow test and providing no additional useful coverage.

We should exclude it from the sharding uninitialized FCV passthroughs since it has been hitting the timeout and also provides no useful additional coverage.
