Update amazon2 distros to latest in sys-perf compiles

      We've been asked to update all usages of amazon2-{ARCH}-{SIZE} distros to amazon2-{ARCH}-latest-{SIZE}, as amazon2- distros contain a vulnerable kernel.

      Refer questions about distros to winston.zhao@mongodb.com 

      Please update any references to the older distros in the DSI repo to the latest ones. Performance Analysis will take care of any distros that are used for compiling.
