remove viewName from request to mongot

      now that we support

      {view : 
   {
    name: <name of view>, 
    effectivePipeline: <pipeline of current and ascendant views>
   }
}

      we can remove viewName from the request to mongot. This however does rely on the view object being accepted by the release binary of mongot.

      The attached patch details the changes that need to be made.
