Resolved BF's, test-only fixes:

1. Top 5 failing suites/tasks.
2. Top 5 failing sharding component - analyze_shard_key, resharding, moveChunk etc. – need to pull out directory name from test name
3. Top 5 failing tests.
4. Top 5 failing variants.
5. Branch wise pie chart for open cold BFs and hot BFs count. – stacked bar by evergreen project instead of pie chart
6. Mean time to close a BF. – need mean time by month
7. Mean time to investigate a BF (Change from Open to Duplicate/WFBF). – need mean time by month

All BF's:

1. Pie chart for Test-Only vs Non-Test-Only fix BFs count.
