The merging readme says that members of the 10gen/mongo-break-glass Github team have permission to merge without approval. However, that is not the case. We learned that only Github project admins have that permission, so we created a MANA guild, mongo break-glass, which grants that entitlement.

Separately: we shouldn't be linking to an internal MANA link in our public Github repo.
