SERVER-98464 introduced minor modifications to the jstests/core/ddl/drop_database.js file, which started showing unexpected consistent failures when run against the secondary_reads_passthrough_with_replica_set_endpoint suite. The objective of this ticket is to understand (and address if possible) the root cause of the incompatibility.
