I found that it's slowly sometimes when i had kept executing the same query,
but the explain shows it costs 0ms!

The first snapshot picture:
it tells me that costs 0ms.
The second snapshot picture:
i run "./bin/mongosniff --source NET lo 27032"
The last snapshot picture:
"strace -p xxxx -tt -T", xxxx is the pid of the snapshot picture
