query_settings_size_limits.js can run out of WiredTiger cache in TSAN builds. This test runs large queries with large BSON outputs, including in debug mode, and TSAN builds use more memory than normal builds, so it is not a big surprise that this kind of test on this type of build might run into memory limits.

To fix this I plan to add the tsan_incompatible tag to the test.
