The configurations that are being tested are isAlsoDonor, skipCloningAndApplying, noChunksToCopy and storeOplogFetcherProgress (e.g. here). To make it easier/cleaner to test against all the combinations and all more combinations in the future, we should add a helper that returns all the valid combinations.
