There are currently stale .bazelrc.gitinfo files lying around on users machines from https://github.com/10gen/mongo/commit/613a6ba0f66140e17359696c88f549e4945fea2f#diff-cf571866a4f413f3ddabf98642b248fd002ab1d63107d418a2ba27db01a70a82. Clean these up so users are not confused about binaries reporting stale commits as well as it impacting cache hit rates.
