If we have N repos, then we should be able to create N execution tasks on evergreen under a single "query_tester_generated_test" task. This would require modifying mongo-task-generator to have context about the custom "setup query_tester test repos" and dynamically pass in the appropriate repo to clone as an argument to the script that is invoked, either as a direct argument to the script or through environment variables.
