Spinning up a cluster (replica set + shard) is cumbersome. Moreover, spinning up a recording cluster and an equivalent replaying cluster is very complicated, and requires a lot of hacking. We should, instead, have a simple application, that allows to both spin up a recording and replaying cluster. And place this application under the tools at support of shadow cluster.
