Add a test case verifying that movePrimary changes collection UUIDs

      As of SERVER-95330, the protocol for detecting collection incarnation changes in multi-doc transactions requires data movement for untracked collections (i.e. movePrimary) to not reuse the collection UUID on the destination shard.

      We should seal this requirement with a test case.
