currently mongostream stats only emit stream processor id as a label. i'm working on adding customer alerts in mms which will be enabled based on stream processor names. to avoid having the alerts fetch name<->id mappings for all stream processors, it'll be easier to just also emit stream processor name in the mongostream stats
