Implement Log Truncation in JavaScript test logging

      Currently, the output of JavaScript print() method is not truncated and the logs can be flooded when the arguments are quite large.

      We need to investigate / clarify if truncation is needed and useful. Apparently truncation has been disabled in the past, but perhaps only because 10KB was not enough. Perhaps we could change it to 20KB or 100KB in our test runs?
