Add message to dbcheck command response with instructions on how to verify the replica set is consistent

      Today, the command only returns

      {ok: 1}

      which can give the false impression that everything is okay, while in reality there's more to do, namely check the healthlog on all members. We should consider adding a message to the dbCheck command response with instructions on how to verify the replica set is consistent
