      CA-191 identified an issue where, if a movePrimary operation is immediately followed by a reshardCollection operation, the new primary shard might lack a catalog entry for the resharded collection if it doesn't own any chunks under the new distribution.

      The objective of this ticket is to develop an integration test to cover this specific scenario.
