Once we remove the gRPC build flag, we will not need the gRPC build variant anymore. SERVER-97382 uses the flags passed into the gRPC build variant in order to set up ssl for integration tests, but we should move this config into the integration_tests_standalone_grpc suite instead. This way, the gRPC integration tests will be able to run on other build varaints.
