views_distinct_with_arrays.js uses explain to verify that distinct commands yield consistent results, whether the collection is a view or not. In the shared_retryable_writes_downgrade test suite, a non-local readConcern is set for all commands. This setting causes explain to fail because explain does not have defined semantics for readConcern.
