The purpose of this ticket is to evaluate and incorporate statistics into the FTDC data for tracking the shard authoritative database metadata.
This addition will aid in troubleshooting and provide analysis when DDLs commit database metadata to the shard-local catalog (config.shard.databases) and populate the in-memory cache of the shard (DatabaseShardingState - DSS).
