Improve sc.loadFromMongoDB

      Allow a user to just provide just a readConfig as a parameter to the helper.

      Currently, it has a default value for the MongoConnector that uses the SparkConf to create the DefaultMongoClientFactory and the user may have an override in their readConfig.
