Splitting off a ticket for replacing ConnectModal/atlasSqlInterfaceMock.ts; this is slightly more complex because it requires things that we have not quite handled (getting params from actual cluster, not adf; getting real list of dbs). This is doable but non-blocking for the goal of getting the api hooked up for testing, so splitting off to avoid bloat.
