      Problem Statement/Rationale

      When the BI Connector is enabled on a cluster, it looks like trying to enable the SQL interface triggers showing BIC conf in the change summary even when there is no changes.

      Steps to Reproduce

      Try to enable the SQL interface on a cluster with the BIC enabled. For example, Cluster0 in Alexi's Atlas project.

      Expected Results

      The BIC conf shouldn't show up in the changes summary.
